Uma exposição, muitas origens / One exhibition, many origins
Entre 7 e 14 de dezembro, tive o prazer de participar de mais uma exposição coletiva: ORIGENS.
Com curadoria do fotógrafo Juan Esteves, a exposição reuniu 18 ensaios fotográficos sob os mais diversos temas e olhares. Com inspiração e influências bem particulares, os fotógrafos exibiram imagens do cotidiano urbano, da arquitetura nas ruas, do desenho das sombras, do nu artístico, da vida íntima entre quatro paredes, da natureza intocada nos quatro cantos do mundo etc.
Apresentei cinco fotografias de paisagens que encontrei viajando por aí. Todas fazem parte de ensaios no site: África, Uruguai, França e San Blas.
Além de algumas fotos, eu e os outros fotógrafos temos em comum a paixão e curiosidade pela fotografia e este ano tivemos a oportunidade de conversar sobre imagens, por horas e horas, em um grupo para estudos de fotografia liderado por Juan Esteves, em São Paulo. Uma grande experiência!
Com ótimo público na abertura, a exposição encerrou os nossos encontros semanais em 2016 e deu origem a mais um coletivo de fotografia, com muitas ideias e expressões. Enfim, foi apenas o começo...

Between 7 and 14th of December, I had the pleasure to participate in another collective exhibition: ORIGINS.
Curated by photographer Juan Esteves, the exhibition brought together 18 photographic essays under the most diverse themes and looks. With inspiration and very particular influences, the photographers showed images of everyday urban life, street architecture, shadows and its drawings, artistic nude, intimate life, the untouched nature in the four corners of the world, and so on.
I presented five photographs of landscapes that I’ve found traveling around. All are part of essays on this website: Africa, Uruguay, France and San Blas.
Besides a few shots, I and the other photographers have in common the passion and curiosity about photography and this year we had the opportunity to talk about images, for hours and hours, in a group for photography studies led by Juan Esteves, in São Paulo. A great experience!
With great public in the opening, the exhibition ended our weekly meetings in 2016 and gave rise to another photography collective, with many ideas and expressions. Anyway, it was just the beginning...
